This is a commercially driven, operationally focused leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and positioned at the heart of a strategic transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver forward-thinking financial strategies that unlock sustainable growth and profitability
• Lead systems and process modernisation, including ERP optimisation, to enhance data visibility and support agile decision-making
• Drive commercial insight across manufacturing operations, identifying opportunities to optimise cost, improve productivity, and maximise return on investment
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to align financial plans with wider business objectives
• Ensure robust financial governance and risk management while supporting a performance-led culture

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience of leading finance transformation, ideally in a scaling or private equity-backed environment
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into operational opportunity
• Skilled influencer with the credibility and presence to operate at Board level and drive change through others
