Our client are a growing finance transformation consultancy and implementation partner of CCH Tagetik, delivering Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions across reporting, consolidation, planning and finance transformation. Working with clients ranging from mid-market organisations through to large enterprise businesses, they help finance teams modernise processes, improve reporting capability and leverage emerging technologies including AI-driven planning and analytics. Following continued project wins and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they're now looking to expand their consulting team with an ambitious finance professional who is excited by systems, data and transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move away from a traditional finance role and into a more varied, client-facing consulting environment. The role offers exposure across:

You will work closely with founders and senior consultants on end-to-end client projects, gaining broad exposure and genuine progression opportunities within a growing consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end EPM and finance transformation projects across a varied client portfolio
  • Work closely with clients to understand finance processes, reporting requirements and business challenges
  • Translate finance and operational requirements into system-led solutions
  • Assist with implementation, configuration and optimisation of reporting and planning tools
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across finance functions
  • Support training sessions, workshops and knowledge transfer activities with clients
  • Produce clear project and client documentation including process mapping, design documents and user guides
  • Contribute ideas around process improvements, automation and AI-led enhancements
  • Work collaboratively within project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Continue developing technical and consulting capability across EPM solutions and finance transformation

About You:

We are looking for an ambitious and personable finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, relationship building and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You may currently be:

  • Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Finalist level with strong systems exposure
  • Working within FP&A, group finance or reporting
  • Interested in finance systems, transformation or consulting

Most importantly, you will have the attitude, curiosity and communication skills to succeed within a client-facing consulting role.
