We are seeking a CFO to help lead transformation, strengthen foundations, and unlock future growth.

Following a planned leadership transition, this newly broadened CFO role brings together oversight of Finance, Governance & Company Secretariat, IT and Property & estates. As a key member of the Executive team, you will work closely with senior functional leaders and deputise for the Chief Executive when required. You will also engage regularly with a highly committed Board and Chair, playing a central role in shaping organisational direction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the organisation’s financial strategy, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling for future funding cycles.
- Strengthen financial control, reporting, and insight to support high-quality decision-making across the business.
- Modernise systems, processes, and ways of working to build a proactive, strategic finance and resources function.
- Oversee IT and estates to ensure infrastructure enables both operational efficiency and creative excellence.
- Partner across the organisation to drive commercial thinking, diversify income, and improve long-term financial resilience.
- Support development of new revenue opportunities, including IP exploitation, immersive experiences, and non-traditional performance models.
- Enhance data insight and analytics to better understand performance, audiences, and commercial outcomes in a complex operating model.
- Act as Company Secretary and a trusted adviser to the Board, ensuring strong governance and effective decision-making.
- Contribute as a core member of the executive team, shaping organisational strategy and overall performance.
