Expanding organisation Small and friendly team Broad role We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join one of our favourite Education clients as an Assistant Accountant. If you are an enthusiastic and adaptable individual looking to contribute to the finance team of an expanding Multi Academy Trust, we want to hear from you!  You will: Play a pivotal role in managing prepayments and accruals, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Take ownership of the purchase ledger, maintaining meticulous records and facilitating seamless transactions. Authorising and running BACS payments Contribute to the preparation of precise management accounts, supporting strategic decision-making across the trust. Preferred Requirements: Demonstrated experience in managing prepayments, accruals, and purchase ledger within a fast-paced environment. A flexible and self-motivated approach, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines with ease. Proficiency in financial software and tools (experience using PSF desirable), enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
