An established and growing manufacturing business in the Black Country is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage its payroll function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager, Senior Payroll Officer, Payroll Supervisor, or Payroll Team Leader looking to take ownership of a busy payroll operation within a stable and expanding organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across weekly and monthly payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Oversee RTI submissions, statutory payments, P45s, P60s, and year-end processes.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries efficiently.
- Review and validate Time.
