Trinity House is partnering exclusively with an established, growing SME business based in Warwick, to recruit a HR Consultant. This pivotal role will bring structure to the HR function, supporting the company’s continued growth. You will partner with the Head of HR to provide advice to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, acting with a high level of autonomy.
The Role:
- Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.
- Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies.
- Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee lifecycle documentation and client toolkits.
- Represent the HR department in management meetings, providing updates to the senior leadership team on performance and business development opportunities.
Profile:
- CIPD qualified or finalist.
- Strong interpersonal and client facing skills, with a proven ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships.
- Technically proficient, able to lead confidently and foster trust within the team.
- Curious, outgoing nature, with a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
