This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in how it looks after its customers, right at a point where things are genuinely changing for the better.

You'll be at the heart of that change, working closely with clients to make sure they're getting the most out of the service and genuinely enjoying it.

It's a role with real variety, plenty of time on the phone, and the chance to make a visible difference from day one.

We're looking for someone with energy, who enjoys picking up the phone and building relationships rather than hiding behind email.

You'll naturally pay attention to the small details, because getting things right first time really matters here.

Ideally you're eager to learn, comfortable working closely with a team, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping people.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, checking in regularly to make sure they're happy with the service.
  • Guiding clients through new features and helping them get comfortable using the system, from their first login through to full confidence.
  • Taking ownership of a high volume of client conversations each day, mostly over the phone, and making every one count.
  • Reviewing and validating information shared by clients to keep everything accurate and compliant with internal standards.
  • Managing a busy pipeline of ongoing client interactions in Excel and Google Sheets, keeping track of progress and flagging anything that's stalling.
  • Spotting common issues or sticking points early and working through them before they become bigger problems.
  • Reporting daily on progress against targets, so the wider team always has visibility of where things stand.
  • Escalating trickier queries to the right person, while keeping the client updated throughout.
  • Building genuine rapport with clients, so they see you as someone they can trust and turn to.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the team to share knowledge and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • What We Need From You
  • Someone who takes pride in their work through real attention to detail, this role involves handling a high volume of information and accuracy matters.
  • Comfortable and confident using Excel and Google Sheets to keep accurate records and track a busy client base, this is used daily so you'll need to feel at home in spreadsheets.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing, account management or coordination style role.
  • A confident communicator who is genuinely comfortable talking to people on the phone every day.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, naturally proactive and doesn't wait to be told when something needs chasing.
  • Eager to learn new systems and processes quickly, happy to ask questions along the way.
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, sociable working environment.
  • Available immediately or on short notice, as this is a temporary role with an early start needed.
  • What's in It For You
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000.
  • The chance to be part of a business going through genuine positive change.
  • A supportive, sociable team environment where you'll never feel like just a number.
  • Hands on experience that will strengthen your CV and open doors for what comes next.
  • On site parking, making the daily commute that bit easier.
  • The opportunity for this to lead to further work, depending on how the project develops.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you, so get in touch today.
