Trinity House Group are partnering exclusively with an established, growing SME business based in central London, to recruit a HR Associate. This pivotal role will bring structure to the HR function, supporting the company’s continued growth. You will report into the Head of HR to provide advice to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, acting with a high level of autonomy.
The Role:
Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.
Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.
Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee life-cycle documentation and client toolkits.
Profile:
CIPD qualified, finalist or working towards.
Strong interpersonal and client facing skills, with a proven ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships.
Technically proficient, able to lead confidently and foster trust within the team.
Curious, outgoing nature, with a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Salary £40,000 - £45,000
