Day Rate: £140 - £150 per day

Trinity House Group are recruiting an Interim Accounts Assistant for a well established charitable group in Coventry. If you are an experienced Finance Assistant or Accounts Officer with strong Sage 50 skills and you enjoy variety, this is a great temporary role with a friendly, collaborative finance team.
About the role
You will provide hands on day to day finance support across two linked organisations, covering bank reconciliations, income reconciliations, credit control and sales invoicing. The role starts as a three to six month assignment, with scope to extend as the business moves from Sage 50 to Xero.
Key responsibilities
- Bank postings and bank reconciliations
- Income reconciliations across multiple payment platforms
- Credit control and resolving customer queries
- Sales invoicing
- Purchase invoice processing where required
- Preparing and posting journals and reconciliations
What we are looking for
- An experienced all round finance professional with a strong transactional finance background
- Sage 50 experience (essential)
- Good Excel skills
- Confident with journals and reconciliations
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly
- Xero experience would be a real advantage
