Trinity House Care Home is a purpose built 55 bed care home located in Edinburgh, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care. The home offers a high quality, boutique style environment where team members deliver person centered care in a comfortable and well supported setting.
As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centered activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia. Working as part of the wider team, this role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
This role is open to both experienced candidates and those new to care, with training and support provided to help you develop in the role.
What We Are Looking For
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- A creative, organised and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in activities or a similar role is beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills from roles such as hospitality, events, childcare or community work are encouraged to apply
