We're looking for a Retail Volunteering Development and Strategy Lead to help shape the future of volunteering across our retail network. This is a new and exciting role, focused on developing the strategy, tools and approaches that will enable our shop teams to attract, engage and retain volunteers in a sustainable and flexible way.

About the role

  • Lead initiatives to improve volunteer engagement and experience across our retail teams.
  • Support new shop openings and developments with tailored volunteer approaches.

  • A rewarding role where every sale supports local hospice care.
  • 38 days annual leave (pro rata), including Bank Holidays.
  • Access to health and wellbeing support.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity benefits.
