We are looking for a Lead Nurse to join our Hospice at Home team to ensure high quality care to people in their own homes and provide management, clinical leadership and supervision to the Hospice at Home Team. The Hospice at Home team provides the service 7 days per week from 9pm to 8am. The role will be working 35 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to be part of this successful, dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Main duties of the job:

  • You will work as part of an integrated service overnight that complements existing community services and work in partnership with existing day services to ensure high quality 24 hr provision of care.
  • The successful candidate will be a proven team player, possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
  • A car and current UK driving license are essential.
