Trinity Homecare is seeking an experienced Regional Trainer to support the development of our care teams.

You will deliver induction, mandatory and ongoing development training across the region, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills to provide safe, compassionate care.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will create training materials, assess learning needs, and coordinate with managers to maintain regulatory compliance.
