Your main working location will be stated in your contract. However, regional travel will be required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary. Approved accommodation will be provided where appropriate.

About you:

You will be a confident trainer who can make learning practical, relevant and engaging for people with different levels of experience and learning needs. You will need:

  • A minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or an equivalent qualification

  • The ability and willingness to travel throughout your assigned region
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • A proactive, self‑motivated and improvement‑focused approach
  • The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training and recommend improvements
  • An inclusive and culturally sensitive approach to working with diverse teams

Experience within health or social care, instructional design or developing digital learning content would be advantageous.
