As a Senior Care Coordinator, you’ll be the beating heart of our care operations — ensuring clients receive timely, consistent, and compassionate care while supporting our incredible care staff behind the scenes. What You’ll Do:
- Craft smart, efficient staff rotas with People Planner, balancing geography, skills, and preferences
- Be the go-to for real-time rota changes, ensuring seamless care delivery
- Liaise with Care Managers and healthcare partners to onboard new clients with warmth and precision
- Monitor and coordinate training and compliance, keeping carers at their best
- Support emergency situations with calm and confidence, including on-call cover
- Record communications, manage enquiries, and keep systems up to date
- Conduct appraisals, supervisions, and audits — shaping our high standards of care
- Be part of recruitment activities, from interviews to onboarding support
- Handle feedback and concerns sensitively, always putting clients first

- Experience in a domiciliary care or healthcare scheduling role
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator — warm, clear, and professional
- Comfortable with digital tools like People Planner and Microsoft Office
