The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding care while ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage business performance, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the service, building relationships with healthcare professionals and strengthening Trinity Homecare’s reputation within the local community.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards).
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
- Demonstrable success in achieving business growth and service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
