Trinity Homecare in London seeks a Regional Trainer to join the Learning & Development team. Based primarily at our Worcester Park location, you’ll deliver practical training to Care Professionals and colleagues two days per week, bringing learning to life with engaging, hands-on methods.
You’ll lead induction, mandatory and role-specific training, develop resources, and coach learners from varied backgrounds. Travel to other Trinity locations is required.
