As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we’re looking for an outstanding Regional Director to lead our regulated care operations and take full ownership of regional performance.

You’ll lead our Visiting Care (VC) and Live-in Care (LIC) operations, ensure compliance, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performing, people-centred culture. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspiring Leadership – Build and nurture high-performing, values-led teams with strong engagement and retention.
  • Commercial Ownership – Own the region’s P&L performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Growth Leadership – Drive regional expansion, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment to grow market share.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee the smooth delivery of care services, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and consistency.
  • Client Experience Champion – Ensure outstanding care experiences, resolve concerns effectively, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • People Agenda Ownership – Lead the recruitment, development, and wellbeing of your teams, championing our people-first culture.
  • Compliance Leadership – Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, maintaining robust governance frameworks.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in health & social care, preferably within homecare or regulated care environments.
  • Strong commercial and operational track record with clear evidence of delivering growth and profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of care service delivery best practices and regulatory expectations (CQC or equivalent).
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills, able to engage at Executive and Board levels.
