What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Sourcing suitable candidates ✅ Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews ✅ Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews ✅ Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance ✅ Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding ✅ Following our compliance processes ✅ Booking successful candidates into training What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service ✔️ Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔️ Experience using applicant tracking systems ✔️ A confident and professional telephone manner ✔️ A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach ✔️ A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people ✔️ Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly What We Offer: up to £27,300 per year 37.5 hour workweek, 5 days out of 7 25 days’ holiday + an extra day for your birthday Company pension + learning & development opportunities A supportive and friendly team If you care about recruitment as much as we care about care, we’d love to hear from you!
