About the role
We’re looking for a People, Culture & Engagement Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, engaging, and connected employee experience across our organisation. This role is all about bringing our people story to life, driving engagement initiatives, strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and ensuring clear, consistent, and meaningful communication throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to help employees feel informed, valued, and engaged at every stage of their journey with us. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who blends creativity with data‑driven insight, and who is genuinely passionate about people, culture, and storytelling.
Key responsibilities (what you’ll be doing)
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that enhance culture and connection
- Develop and embed a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Create clear, engaging internal communications and campaigns
- Analyse engagement survey results and employee feedback to drive meaningful action
- Partner with leaders to support engagement and communication across teams
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring high‑quality delivery
