Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care
  • Must be eligible to hold and maintain CQC Registration as the Registered Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience managing a growing domiciliary care service
