About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, one‑to‑one support to clients in their own homes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping.
- Support clients with medical or mobility needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals such as district nurses and specialist agencies.
Who We Are Looking For
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Professional and adaptable, able to fit into different home environments.
- Confident working independently, with the ability to take the lead when required.
Requirements
- At least six months of professional care experience.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Self‑employment status and two professional references.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Evidence of relevant training, including:
- Manual Handling
- Basic First Aid
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
