We are seeking a compassionate and organized Care Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Eastbourne. In this position, you will oversee the delivery of care services to ensure the needs of clients are met with the utmost quality. This includes:
- Conducting assessments
- Creating tailored care plans
- Managing care staff
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the care journey.
Qualifications
