What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
- Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
- Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance
- Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding
- Following our compliance processes
- Booking successful candidates into training
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach
- A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Valid Driving Licence and your own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly

- Up to £27,300 per year
