Your Role as a Care Manager
As Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care, client satisfaction, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a fully integrated, seven-day-a-week home care service, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of senior care staff and management.
- Drive business growth and profitability, ensuring the long-term success of the service.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, upholding the highest quality of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 5/Level 4 RMA in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent).
- Strong experience managing care services, ideally within domiciliary care and/or a care agency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills – you inspire and support your team.
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of care planning and complex conditions to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations, financial management, and IT systems.
- A full UK driving licence – as travel may be required.
