Role Overview

  • Lead and mentor Supervisors and Home Care Assistants
  • Conduct care assessments, reviews, and working supervisions
  • Act as a first point of contact for urgent care or staff support
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
  • Support the Registered Manager in business growth and compliance
  • Deliver person-centred, high-quality care across the service

What We’re Looking For

  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Supervisory experience in a domiciliary care setting
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of care values, CQC standards, and safeguarding
  • Confident using scheduling software and digital systems
  • A compassionate, professional, and solution-focused mindset
