Lead the commercial future of a growing Live-in Care division. This is an exciting opportunity to join Trinity Homecare at a pivotal stage of growth and play a leading role in shaping the future of our Live-in Care service. As Head of Live-in Commercial Performance, you will have significant influence across commercial strategy, operational delivery, workforce capacity, and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive performance, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help position Trinity Homecare as the provider of choice for high-quality live-in care services across the UK.

Role Purpose

As Head of Live-in Commercial Performance, you will lead the commercial and operational success of the Live-in Care division, ensuring sustainable growth, strong profitability, and outstanding service delivery. You will oversee all commercial aspects of the service including pipeline performance, client mobilisation, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement, while supporting the wider strategic direction of the business. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence growth strategy, operational performance, and long-term service development.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Operational Leadership
  • Lead performance across key commercial metrics including new business growth, conversions, retention, and profitability
  • Develop and implement operational plans aligned to monthly and annual targets
  • Monitor service performance and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client continuity
  • Work closely with Finance to support pricing strategy, affordability, and margin performance
  • Ensure effective workforce planning and timely client placements
  • Support strategic decision-making across the Live-in Care division
Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organisations, commissioners, and key external stakeholders
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth across private and funded care markets
  • Represent Trinity Homecare at networking events, regional forums, and partnership meetings
  • Help strengthen Trinity’s reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality live-in care solutions
Workforce & Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Recruitment and Operations teams to maintain strong carer capacity and service continuity
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and Operations to support business objectives
