Evidence of CPD relevant to behaviour management
Significant experience in a pastoral, behaviour or youth role
Experience of working with external agencies

This is an opportunity to shape the consistency, clarity and impact of sanctions across the school, ensuring that expectations are understood, upheld and delivered with precision.

Trinity High School is a 13-18 high school based in Redditch, Worcestershire. We are the largest high school in Redditch with over 900 students and 120 staff.
