We are delighted to invite employees of Trinity Hall to apply for this opportunity to become Food and Beverage Supervisor in our professional and friendly Front of House Team. You will be passionate and committed to delivering a high level of service to our College Members as well as external clients. You will have a good level of personal awareness and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, young people and colleagues alike.

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full-time position within a supportive and friendly team
  • Remuneration will be circa £31,000 per annum
  • 37.5 hours (75 Hours Over 2 Weeks) including evenings and weekends, with one fixed day off and alternate weekend off

What We are Looking For

  • A team-player with good communication skills and experience in dealing with customers face to face in a Catering environment
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene, food and wine service, allergens
  • Someone reliable and honest with a flexible attitude and approach to work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Duties

  • To support the Manciple, Butler and Food Services Managers
  • To be able to conduct and manage the delivery of internal and external functions
  • To execute the preparation of function/dining rooms including set-up of furniture, table plans and laying of tables
  • To assist with the management and training of Food and Beverage Assistants and casual staff, ensuring that high standards of performance and conduct is maintained
