Trinity Fire & Security Systems, part of the PTSG Group, have delivered industry leading services in the Fire and Security industry for over 28 years. As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our team of skilled engineers with the addition of a Fire & Security Engineer.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing servicing and small works to our client’s fire and security systems.
- Completing scheduled work in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity’s high-quality standards.
- Working as part of a skilled team of Engineers and being supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience.
- Carrying out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
- Working to a planned service and maintenance schedule, emergency call out requirements.
- Issuing remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance.
Required experience includes:
- Installing and servicing fire, security, CCTV and access control systems to relevant British Standards.
- Identifying all types of cable associated with fire detection and security systems, and correctly testing and terminating the cable ends in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
- Understanding the basic building services to test cause and effect of fire alarm interfaces.
- A comprehensive understanding of the causes and cures of fire, intruder, CCTV and access control problems, including recommending changes to practices and processes that may cause false alarms.
Training requirements include:
- Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA).
- Manufacturers training with a minimum requirement of Notifier and Gent equipment in respect of servicing.
