Service Engineer - Fire & Security Systems
Coverage: Swindon + surrounding area
On-target earnings: £58,000 (Inclusive of overtime, call-outs, travel pay, and bonuses)
£4,000 sign-on bonus
Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing and maintenance across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting a range of fire and security systems, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Systems Trinity work with:
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems
- CCTV: HikVision, Dahua, Avigilon
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across fire and security systems.
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, compliant solutions.
- Completing minor remedial works and small installations.
- Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.
- Confident communication and customer-facing ability.
- Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
