Trinity are hiring a Project Manager to lead our project delivery team working across London and the South East. In the role, you will be managing installation projects for Fire, Security and Life Safety systems. Working for a national organisation, directly keeping lives and businesses safe and secure, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-moving, detail-critical work where every decision has impact.

The role of Project Manager:

  • Take full ownership of assigned projects across the Midlands region.
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for Fire and Security installations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Oversee design, estimating, commercial planning, forecasting, and final invoicing.
  • Coordinate commissioning and engineering resources across multiple sites.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required:

  • Proven project management experience, demonstrating a solid track record of success.
  • A customer-centric mindset, consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and ensure customer success.
  • Product knowledge of Fire and Security Systems, advantageous but not essential.
