Key responsibilities
- Carry out all necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.
- Liaise with works administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our commitments are met.
- Work to a planned commission and small works schedule.
Systems you will work with at Trinity
- CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
Technical skills qualifications
- Experience in commissioning, installing and completing small works on security systems to relevant British Standards.
- Proficiency in identifying all types of cable associated with security systems, and correctly testing and terminating cable ends in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
- Logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Outstanding customer service and strong verbal/written communication.
- Basic electrical safety training (ECA).
