Key responsibilities

  • Carry out all necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.
  • Liaise with works administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our commitments are met.
  • Work to a planned commission and small works schedule.

Systems you will work with at Trinity

  • CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
  • Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
  • Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher

Technical skills qualifications

  • Experience in commissioning, installing and completing small works on security systems to relevant British Standards.
  • Proficiency in identifying all types of cable associated with security systems, and correctly testing and terminating cable ends in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
  • Logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Outstanding customer service and strong verbal/written communication.
  • Basic electrical safety training (ECA).
