About The Role
At Trinity, we’re looking for an experienced Regional Client Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, whilst also developing new opportunities across the North West region. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of service, strong relationships, and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Managing and expanding a portfolio of regional customers, acting as a trusted advisor and professional representative of the business.
- Retaining and renewing service, maintenance, and monitoring contracts, with a focus on margin protection, service excellence, and long-term partnerships.
- Identifying and securing opportunities for system upgrades, additions, small works, and new installations by understanding customer requirements, site conditions, and compliance needs.
- Generating new business alongside account management activity, building a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline within your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management or sales within fire alarms, fire safety, or life safety systems, ideally in a regional or field-based role.
- A strong track record of managing renewals, margins, and long-term customer relationships, with a focus on retention and recurring revenue.
- Confidence using CRM systems to manage pipelines, renewals, and sales activity, supporting accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
- Solid technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and fire safety compliance, with the ability to design fire alarm systems along with HTM experience.
What’s On Offer
- Contract: Permanent
- Working Hours: 8.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Competitive plus bonus
- On-Target Earnings: Up to 50% of basic salary, uncapped
- Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance, life assurance, pension, 23 days holiday, Employee Welfare assistance programme.
