Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking a Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
You will carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you will be supported by dedicated service administrators and technical specialists.
Responsibilities:- Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to fire and security systems.
- Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work to ensure systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
- Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of service and performance.
- Work as part of a regional team supported by service administrators and technical specialists.
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems
- CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to relevant British Standards.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services.
