Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing and maintenance across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting a range of fire and security systems, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Working regionally, you’ll benefit from structured support from dedicated service coordinators and technical specialists—so you can focus on what you do best.

Systems Trinity work with:
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems
- CCTV: HikVision, Dahua, Avigilon
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across fire and security systems.
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, compliant solutions.
- Completing minor remedial works and small installations.
- Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.
- Confident communication and customer-facing ability.
- Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
