We’re looking for proactive, organised Purchasing Admin Assistant to join our Exeter office (EX5 1AU) and play a vital role in keeping our purchasing and stores operations running effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a workplace where teamwork, respect, and mutual support are central to everything we do. This role is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our Exeter office has on-site parking and is best accessed via car.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Purchasing Admin Assistant, you’ll be processing the day to day purchasing and storage needs of the business, focusing on the delivery of equipment and services nationally. You will:

  • Assist with the management of purchasing inbox enquiries
  • Support the processing and validation of parts requests.
  • Assist with the ordering of equipment
  • Communicate with staff across multiple locations to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries.
  • Maintain continuity of stock and supplier performance.
  • Identify and report issues or potential improvements to enhance the day-to-day running of the stores and procurement function.
