We’re looking for a proactive, friendly Service Co-Ordinator to join our Abingdon office (OX14 1RL) and play a vital role in keeping our service operations running seamlessly. As a Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers, coordinating appointments, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises. You will:

  • Plan and schedule field engineer operations for a specific customer site, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.
  • Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a quick call or a detailed email.
  • Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
