What You’ll Be Doing As a Scheduler, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers — coordinating appointments, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises. You will: Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs. Deliver outstanding service in every interaction — whether on a quick call or a detailed email. Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
