We’re looking for a proactive and organised Installation Admin Support to join our Manchester office (Middleton, M24 1GQ) and play a key role in assisting our Installation teams in their day‑to‑day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a workplace where teamwork, respect, and mutual support are central to everything we do. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your work truly makes a difference every day. This is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be office based at our Middleton office which has on‑site parking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Book & coordinate the engineers.
  • Assist with compiling manuals for completed contracts/works.
  • Chase and process certificates for completed contracts.
  • Order materials and schedule deliveries to assist the Installation managers.
  • Assist managers with processing of engineer clock cards.
  • General department admin – typing letters/faxes, dealing with customer queries, filing.
  • Ensure that all Permit to Works for sites are organised and ready prior to starting work.
  • Ensure the engineers have the correct access and equipment on site or delivered to start for them to carry out their duties.

  • Self‑motivated with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills – customers, suppliers and internal staff.
  • Ability to resolve customer related issues.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office platform.
