Service Engineer – Fire & Security Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder)

On Target Earnings: £58,000 – This figure represents the average potential earnings, including overtime, call-outs, travel pay and bonus payments
Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
You’ll carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you’ll be supported by dedicated service administrators and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to Fire and Security systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
- Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of service and performance.

- CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua

What we\’re looking for
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire, security, and CCTV systems to relevant British Standards.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services.
