Trinity are hiring for Electrical Improvers to support with Fire and Security system installations in Oxfordshire. In this role, you\\\βll help keep our clients\\\β Fire and Security systems performing at their bestβsafeguarding people, property, and businesses when it matters most. At Trinity, we are committed to developing our Engineers. No previous experience in fire & security required. If you are confident in electrical and cable installation, we will develop your skills through our skilled teams of Engineers and in-house training!

The role of Electrical Improver
As a Electrical Improver at Trinity, you will be supporting scheduled installations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity\\\βs high-quality standards. You will be working as part of a skilled team of Works Engineer\\\βs and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience.
The key tasks include the following:
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.
- Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met.
- Work with systems including Fire β Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec & other open protocol/conventional systems; CCTV β HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua; Intruder β Galaxy, Texecom; Access Control β Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.
What skills do you need?
- Experience in electrical installation and containment.
- To always provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
What technical knowledge do you need?
- ECS / CSCS Card preferred
- Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA)
