The Opportunity

We’re a directly authorised brokerage with 35+ self‑employed advisers and growing. Some of our brokers write clean, high‑volume residential business. Others focus on complex property finance and large loan sizes. Most do a bit of both. The common theme? They’re building proper businesses, not just doing a job.

What You Get

  • 40-70% commission splits
  • 100% of your broker fee
  • Full access to the market: High street lenders
  • Full DA status (no network restrictions)
  • Admin and compliance support
  • The flexibility to build your way

Who This Role Suits

This works for two types of brokers:

  • The Volume Broker: Want to write consistent residential / remortgage business, care about service, speed, and conversion, and want to earn more from the same volume.
  • The Growth Broker: Want to get into more complex or higher-value deals, are curious about bridging, HMOs, or development, and want to increase income without just working more hours.

What Makes Trinity Different

We’re not just a place to sit your business. We actively help advisers improve:

  • Broker fee levels (without damaging conversion)
  • Case size and complexity
  • Introducer relationships
  • Overall income per case

You can stay in your lane… Or you can level up.

The Bigger Picture

We’re building a modern financial services business around:

  • Mortgages
  • Specialist property finance
  • Property & development

If you want long‑term progression and not just a desk to sit at, this matters.
