Job Description: The Senior Property Manager will oversee daily management of developments in and around South East England. Responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of developments within the portfolio
- Conducting development inspections
- Communicating proactively with customers and stakeholders
- Responding to queries and building positive relationships
- Resolving customer complaints effectively
- Collaborating with Accounts for financial management
- Sourcing and managing trade contractors
- Ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of works
- Adhering to Health & Safety and industry legislation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in budgeting and account management
- Contract management experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Organised, self-motivated, client-focused
- Attention to detail and decision-making skills
