Job Description:
The Legal Resales Administrator is responsible for working with residents, solicitors and other members of staff to assist with the sale, purchase and/or remortgage of our properties. This is a new role due to growth within the team.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- To answer queries and deal with correspondence relating to residential property sales, primarily concerned with buyers pre-sale enquiries.
- To manage and report independently on own workload and maintain agreed turnaround times, working to clear deadlines.
- Liaise with different teams, internally and externally, to obtain information required to answer enquiries.
- To process the incoming legal documentation to ensure successful transfer of the property on our internal system.
- To work with the team, collaborate and share knowledge.
