Job Description:
The Property Manager is responsible for Day-to-Day management of a portfolio of developments within the North West of England.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Conduct development inspections and ensure compliance with company responsibilities.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing queries and attending meetings.
- Oversee financial management, contractor appointments, and quality control of works.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and industry regulations.
- Manage reporting, customer complaints, and internal collaboration.
- Support management, oversee ad-hoc projects, and maintain the company’s reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
- ATPI qualified (desirable).
- An understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety regulations.
- A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
- A proven track record of budgeting and account management.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of contract management.
- Client focussed, organised, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
