Description: Property Manager position at Trinity Estates. The role is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Staffordshire area, crossing the borders to Cheshire and Shropshire.

Job Description:

  • Carry out development inspections to ensure company responsibilities are met.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
  • Effectively manage the relationship with the customer, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly, and attending meetings as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
  • Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
  • Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost‑effective.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry legislation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years experience in the residential property management sector.
  • ATPI qualified (desirable).
  • Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
  • Proven track record in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of contract management.
  • Client‑focused, organised, self‑motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
