Description: Property Manager position at Trinity Estates. The role is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Staffordshire area, crossing the borders to Cheshire and Shropshire.

Job Description:
- Carry out development inspections to ensure company responsibilities are met.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
- Effectively manage the relationship with the customer, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly, and attending meetings as required.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
- Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
- Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost‑effective.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in the residential property management sector.
- ATPI qualified (desirable).
- Understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
- Proven track record in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of contract management.
- Client‑focused, organised, self‑motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
