Role Description

This is a subcontractor, on‑site role for a Bathroom and Wetroom Fitter, based in Essex. The role involves installing and refurbishing bathrooms, wetrooms, and other bathroom adaptations tailored to client needs while ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include plumbing, tiling, fitting fixtures, waterproofing, and ensuring timely project completion in alignment with company guidelines and client expectations. Collaboration with team members, surveyors, and other professionals is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in bathroom installation, wetroom fitting, plumbing, and tiling
• Experience in waterproofing and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
• Excellent manual skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce a high standard of workmanship
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt installations to diverse client needs
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adhering to tight deadlines
• Understanding of working within environments tailored to individuals who require accessibility solutions
• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or a related field, or equivalent experience is desirable
• A valid UK driving licence
