They specialise in the supply, maintenance, lifecycle management and technical support of medical equipment, helping customers improve operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and patient care.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Manager to join their sales team.
This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work with NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and other clinical organisations across the UK.
The purpose of this role is to drive strategic sales growth across a diverse portfolio of healthcare service solutions.
Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs, develop tailored proposals and build long-term relationships with healthcare organisations, delivering value-led solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and develop tailored sales solutions that address customer challenges across healthcare service support, dental servicing, equipment lifecycle management and endoscope maintenance.
- Promote integrated service solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, clinical engineering departments, service managers and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and account growth.
- Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across managed equipment services, equipment resale and disposal, and technical training solutions.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, bids and tender responses.
- Identify emerging opportunities relating to sustainability, digital transformation and equipment lifecycle management.
- Work closely with engineering, service delivery and training teams to ensure successful implementation of customer contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and pipeline reporting.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and review sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales performance updates, pipeline analysis and market insights.
- Support the development of sales training initiatives and KPI management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Proven experience within a healthcare solutions sales environment, ideally in a senior sales position.
- Business or Sales qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 quality management systems.
- Knowledge of Managed Equipment Services (MES).
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Permanent position.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Remote Working
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
