We're recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join a busy and growing business.

This is a varied role combining customer service, account management support, sales administration and marketing.

You'll build strong customer relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate projects and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up quotations to maximise conversions.
  • Support Account Managers with key customer accounts.
  • Manage customer bookings and account administration.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with planning and operational teams.
  • Coordinate customer requirements through to delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Support new business development activities.
  • Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads.
  • Produce customer reports and presentations.
  • Create engaging social media content.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Help maintain website and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media engagement.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with internal departments.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational abilities.
  • Experience with social media for business.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, positive and customer-focused.
  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp or similar marketing tools would be an advantage

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
